Support prod owner to understand requirements and create them in azure devops.
Help in writing acceptance criteria and test scripts for UAT testing during
each sprint. Report on bugs found. Help with service tickets. Will work in azure devops environment

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Position to do testing for 3 Client proprietary applications and perform end-to-end testing
- Provide feedback about bugs within DevOps and help to verify bug resolution
- Develop depth of knowledge about applications that can help in writing test scripts for the applications and support help desk tickets as a L2 business owner support, answer questions about user stories created.
- Provide back up leadership to the testing team to collect bug feedback and coordinate bug fixes.
Typical task breakdown:
- Follow Agile methodology. Participate in prioritization meetings and participate in the grooming and pointing session.
- Help in writing acceptance criteria and test scripts for UAT testing during each sprint.
- Conduct UAT testing and provide feedback about bugs and bug resolutions, help to close bugs.
- Provide Business Owner L2 support for 3 applications. This includes receiving and acknowledging tickets, providing solutions if within their knowledge base, growing their knowledge base to provide support, appropriately answering tickets that are raised by both Client internal employees and Client Dealers, and closing tickets when appropriately resolved.
- Answer questions regarding the 3 applications that may come into the general inbox
- Complete end-to-end user testing of 3 applications to ensure that they continue to work together and raise bugs as required.
Interaction with team:
- Will attend Agile meetings and staff meetings. Will be asked to come to workshops if required to help troubleshoot application issues or participate in projects for larger scale application requirements.
Work environment:
- Team of 6-7 people that are very good with communication and coordination.
- Expect the person to be a learner, ask questions and be inquisitive about processes and improvements.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or comparable (engineering, IT, etc) with 0-2 years’ experience OR
- Technical Associates degree with 2-5 years of experience in computer or software engineering.
